Lord Kalki is down on the earth doing his work. But the work is SOUL WORK. He does not need to announce himself or market himself for recognition. But his work happens in Nature with his soul army, in the background secretly by soul.  He is preparing the world by soul to face him physically in future. Then, Kalki is going to be in multiple bodies by one soul at multiple locations to confront the Kali. Lord Kalki is the Tenth Avatar of Lord Vishnu who rules the universe in terms of its sustenance. He comes down to the earth plane when it gets tough for Nature to manage the cosmos. 

It is the Nature (mother), the dynamic force that actually is responsible to run the house and father (the consciousness of Nature) remains within to generate energy for The Nature so The Nature can manage the world. Nature is the womb of the whole universe in which all souls are born. They can never get out of this womb unless they get rid of their karma and maya (illusion). 

What is illusion? Illusion is basically not knowing the environment. What is environment? For example before you join a company or before you visit a place you collect basic information first and then you visit that place or join the company right? It means you are trying to understand the environment before you go there. If you are such intelligent why are you not trying to understand the environment of this world in which are you are born? Without understanding the environment, its laws, you are currently operating your life and that is the very reason why your life is so haphazard at this moment. 

The problem with you is that, though you want to understand this, you do not have ENERGY that pushes you or that can make you understand it. So you are caught in confused life because of not understanding the operations of Nature and the souls in it. It is not related to any religion. Religions came much later! First the world came! The building bricks of the world, five elements came to existence first. Forget about god ! God comes much later. First try to understand your own environment . That itself is a big achievement as by then, you will start flourishing and then you can definitely experience the God (as per your religion). You are trying to catch the fruit on tree by throwing stones. You need ladder to climb up comfortably and then you can reach the fruit. Without the help of ladder how can you get fruit which is what you are trying to do.

So currently, all humans (better energy generating souls) are not living in harmony with this environment which is Nature and its laws (such as do not be jealous of others - But today, everyone is jealous of others). Can this be stopped? By reading books they can stop this? Or by listening any lectures can stop you from this? Well, the lectures can inspire you to go forward as a first step. But they cannot much later help you. You need energy to heal yourself from all these bad habits which are not in harmony with Nature and its laws. 

All practices mentioned in Vedas by Sanatan Dharma are merely being done more physically than real interest, proper emotion and love towards them. So those practices are also not helping anyone to heal currently. Though they heal temporarily the bad habits such as jealousy, lust (desiring many things), anger, showing authority, greed and so on. These ingredients in every soul are not properly balanced at this moment. Tri Gunas (Satva, Rajo and Thamo gunas) are the source of all these gunas. This balance can come in these 3 Gunas when the souls are healed! They can only be healed by Mother Nature. The Five Elements of Nature are not just outside of you in the world. They are there inside you. Your five senses (input senses and output organs) are connected directly to these five elements. Your emotions, mind, intellect are connected to these five elements. Your karmic account, your sanskaras (gunas) are connected to these five elements. So Nature is not just outside but rather more internal and integrated part of yours. 

To bring balance in these 3 Gunas in all souls in the world, Kalki has come down to the earth plane by soul. He is working by soul along with Soul Army to heal the world. His horse and Sword are the metaphysical significance to eliminate darkness in you and his horse is significance of swiftness. His work currently has started by soul and in future when the world is ready, by then, he will be ANNOUNCED OR INTRODUCED BY NATURE to the world with all super natural powers. Many thieves today, by reading the text in puranas, they are claiming themselves to be kalkis by knowing information such as his village (shambhala) his father's name, mother's name, astrology (stars he will be born in etc) etc. But showing all this information many people are claiming themselves to be Kalkis. Kalki will never CAMPAIGN OR ADVERTISE himself like these false ones! Sun who is giving light to all world every day, he does not need any advertising or applauds from others for his work. He keeps doing his work silently. In the same way, Kalki will also do. The reason these things are mentioned is to let you know that these are false kalkis.

Rama came, Krishna came, did they ask people to fall on their feet by campaigning themselves as Gods? Why did Rama establish many Shiv Lingas across India? Rama and Shiva are not one?  

Kalki has started his soul work in order to prepare the world for his future physical coming.
